Shipping & Return

Shipping: Your order will be shipped from our UK store. We offer free delivery worldwide.

• In-stock items: Orders ready to 'Add to cart' will be shipped on the next working day. Same-day courier service is available in Central London.
• Pre-order items: These will be shipped in 4-6 weeks.

Return: Our craftsmen individually make our jewellery to the highest standards. While we hope that you will love your jewellery, you may return it if you are not satisfied. Please note that individual gemstones, made-to-order creations, personalised items, or modified pieces cannot be returned.

To initiate the return process, please contact us at contactus@juvetti.com within 14 days of delivery. The product must then be shipped back within 14 days in its original box and with all original documents included. The jewellery must be unworn and in pristine condition. All pieces sent back to us will be assessed before a refund is processed. The return cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a faulty product.
